Bespoke High Temperature Reinforced Hydrotherapy Liner Pools
Aquasure high temperature liners operate up to 35℃. The recommended temperatures for hydrotherapy pools is between 32℃ - 35℃ making the high temperature liner pool a cost effective and efficient choice for a hydrotherapy pool. Aquasure have high temperatures liners operating at 35℃ for over 15 years without replacement.
Advantages of a High Temperature Reinforced Hydrotherapy Liner Pool:
- Lower installation cost
- Wide range of patterns
- Soft underfoot removing the risk of friction injuries should the client drag their feet across the base of the pool
- Smooth anti- microbiol finish for better infection control over tiled finishes.
- Easy to refurbish on site
Disadvantages of a High Temperature Reinforced Hydrotherapy Liner Pool:
- No possibility for bespoke motifs
- Not suitable for use in footwear - for example sports hydrotherapy
- Typical lifespan of 12 years
- Not suitable for spa temperatures 36℃ - 40℃
Bespoke Concrete Tiled Hydrotherapy Pools
Aquasure tiled hydrotheapy pools use glass mosaic tiles finished with an epoxy grout system providing a vey robust finish for all types of hydrotherapy pools both domestic and commercial. Aquasure have glass mosaic tiles and epoxy grout pools operating in excess of 15 years at temperatures of 35℃
Advantages of a Tiled Hydrotherapy Pool:
- Robust finish ideal for commercial use
- Wide range of finishes
- Bespoke motifs available in pool
- Easy to refurbish on site
Disadvantages of a a Tiled Hydrotherapy Pool:
- Higher build costs
- Higher refurbishment cost
- Possibility of friction injury should the user drag feet across pool base
One Piece Stainless Steel Hydrotherapy Pools
Aquasure use mirror 316 mirror polished stainless steel hydrotherapy pools made off site in one piece. The mirror polishing of stainless steel opposed to a satin finish minimising the possibility of corrosion associated with stainless steel
Advantages of a One Piece Stainless Steel Hydrotherapy Pool:
- Smooth finish for better infection control over tiled finishes due to ease fo cleaning
- Easy Installation
- Contemporary finish
Disadvantages of a One Piece Stainless Steel Hydrotherapy Pool:
- Suffer from corrosion due chlorine damaging the chromium oxide layer
- Higher installation cost
- The pool hall building requires a design to enable removal of the pools should they need replacing
- Suffer from leaks due to gasket jointing of pool fittings
- Cannot be refurbished
One Piece Fibreglass Tiled and Acrylic Hydrotherapy Pools
Aquasure use a wide range of manufacturers for one piece off the shelf mosaic tiled and and acrylic hydrotherapy pools. Typically considered to be an aboveground product. Aquasure only recommend installing these products above the ground as refurbishment is not possible.
Advantages of a One Piece Fibreglass Tiled and Acrylic Hydrotherapy Pool:
- Easy Installation
- Lower initial outlay
- Good for exercise pools
Disadvantages of a One Piece Fibreglass Tiled and Acrylic Hydrotherapy Pool:
- Suffer from leaks due to gasket jointing of pool fittings
- Cannot be refurbished
- The pool hall building requires a design to enable removal of the pools should they need replacing
